UNE COM has provided me with the privilege 学习 in a prestigious, 健康的, and inspiring environment that fosters my interests in both global health and pediatrics.

Every day at UNE, my interest in medicine is elevated by my gifted peers and exceptional faculty.

As a medical student of UNE COM, I am confident that I can become a physician of [high] caliber.

I felt as though I discovered a big secret — there were doctors who practice medicine with an extra set of tools that traditional doctors did not carry. I am confident that UNE COM will prepare me to be the best osteopathic physician I can be.

Apart from a great educational experience, UNE’s curriculum 挑战s me to think critically about social and ethical issues relevant to medicine.

I hope to advocate for patients and meet them where they are in their healthcare journeys, to facilitate an accessible and inclusive experience.

As an aspiring osteopathic physician at UNE COM, I am confident that I will be ready to provide service to those in dire need of medical help, especially with the underserved populations in rural areas.

At UNE COM, I developed the clinical skills necessary to evaluate and treat the patient as a whole...Now that I am on my clinical rotations, I can confidently say that I am prepared to care for a broad spectrum of patients.

The path that led me to medicine didn’t begin in a lab or classroom, but in a hospital bed at the age of 17.

I am very interested in rural medicine, wilderness medicine, and primary care. At UNE, there are clubs for each of these.

I decided to go into medicine for the opportunity to serve.

By becoming an osteopathic physician, I hope to educate and serve minority populations and increase the awareness of preventive medicine and regular health screenings.
